Providing brand new fencing barriers as the perimeter for the Taste of Bloomington this year was Belcher’s Fencing, a locally owned and operated fencing company that has exploded in the last year. Natalie is the sole owner of the company and since the beginning in December of 2015 the LLC has fenced areas at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, construction sites on the IU campus, and the entirety of the border that surrounded the Taste of Bloomington.

Determined to become certified as a Women Business Enterprise, or a WBE, Natalie, also a certified nurse, started the business as a hobby with her business partner Wes, but Belcher’s Fencing quickly evolved into a full-fledged business. Named after Natalie’s father, Belcher’s Fencing is a tribute to the pride that her father carried in construction, and to all those in the utilities and trade business. Pride flows through this LLC startup, as Natalie said, it’s nice to see our logo and our equipment around town.
This is home to them and to have a local business with new equipment that is quick and efficient volunteer with Taste of Bloomington was an honor. With the promise of a growing business, their future looks bright and secure in this community.
